  • Provide and improve our AI lead qualification services
  • Process and qualify leads on your behalf
  • Send qualified leads to your CRM or scheduling tools
  • Communicate with you about service updates and features
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our AI voice agent

3. AI Calling Disclosure

When our AI voice agent calls leads on your behalf:

  • The AI identifies itself as an automated assistant calling on your behalf
  • Calls are recorded for quality and training purposes
  • Lead consent is obtained before proceeding with qualification questions
  • Leads can opt out of AI calls at any time

4. Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with third-party services to provide our functionality:

  • Thumbtack: To receive and access lead information
  • CRM Platforms: To send qualified lead data (Housecall Pro, Workiz, Jobber, etc.)
  • Telephony Services: To make and record AI voice calls

Each integration is governed by the respective platform's privacy policy in addition to ours.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure access controls, and regular security audits. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Lead data and call recordings are retained for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting us.

  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Export your data in a portable format

8. TCPA Compliance

Our AI calling system complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We only contact leads who have actively requested quotes through Thumbtack and have consented to receive calls. We maintain and honor do-not-call requests within 30 days.
